Seven pot peppers are hot little bastards but they have flavor!! Their fruit forward and smoky flavor compliment the ultra fruit flavors of the almighty soursop otherwise known as the cherimoya otherwise known as the guanábana otherwise known as the custard apple. Either way these tropical fruits have the taste of pineapple, pear, banana, and sour citrus packed in their soft flesh. Inspired by the Caribbean and South American flavors from whence they came! This sauce is our favorite seasonal to date!
