Who doesn't love a good summer festival. Long Island used to be a peach mecca but none of that matters because the peached are dang juicy and sweet and amazing. We sourced local peached from the north fork and we grew peach charapito peppers which may be small but they pack a hot punch right to your mouth. This sweet sauce is nothing less than perfection on everything we've put it on so far. Limited and super seasonal...the summer is over but just won't let go yet!!!
